Experienced registered nurses both male and female are needed in all areas of specialization. If a nurse is highly specialized and used to working with advanced technology s/he may get frustrated here. Because of cultural sensitivities midwives should be female. Candidates should be prepared to commit long term since language study for a period of about twelve to eighteen months is a requirement.
