Ever wondered what goes into equipping, sending, and supporting cross-cultural workers? Now you can find out!
Come learn, discern, and participate in Interserve’s work of seeing lives and communities transformed through encounter with Jesus Christ!
What you’ll do:
You’ll get to work on creative projects, learn from staff and cross-cultural workers, and hear from experienced practitioners on topics including:
- Justice and Mission
- Member Care
- Discerning God’s Will
- Does it take a special person to serve cross-culturally?
- Compliance and Mission: How do they mix?
- and more!
Whether you are gifted or interested in design and communications, administration, history, events, member care, donor relations, data systems, or something else completely, there are roles for you!
Details:
- This is a 1 day per week,12-week program based at our Melbourne office.
- There will be up to 2 annual cohorts, with March & September intakes. (But get in touch any time to discuss timing!)
- Interns are supported by the Intern Manager and other staff as needed.
