There are many opportunities to teach English in this country. They may include everything from lecturing at a university to IELTS or TOEFL preparation to teaching at a preschool.
With each passing year the desire to learn English increases among locals. Teaching this language from a Western perspective lends itself naturally to discussing worldviews and opening doors to relationships that extend beyond the classroom.
Native English speakers are most desirable for these positions. Most positions require a bachelors degree though it does not have to be related to teaching English. Prior experience and certification in teaching English as a second language is a plus and may be expected for some positions.
