The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial structures accounting and compliance for all organisation activities in the country. This role plays a critical part in advancing the organisations mission by ensuring that financial resources are managed with integrity transparency and efficiency. By strengthening financial systems and equipping staff with sound practices the Finance Manager directly contributes to the sustainability and growth of programmes that serve communities in need. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and trustworthy professional who maintains accuracy and accountability in financial processes operates effectively in a cross-cultural environment and demonstrates strong leadership communication and technical skills. The candidate will hold a bachelors degree or higher have prior accounting experience and cross-cultural work experience be trained in QuickBooks be fluent in spoken and written English and demonstrate a collaborative team-oriented approach.
