The Mens Drug Addiction Recovery Centre Director leads the daily operations of the mens recovery programme. The role includes mentoring participants leading weekly lessons and a 12-Step Programme overseeing work-skills training coordinating family support and assisting in the starting of small business initiatives. In a country with one of the highest rates of drug addiction in the world the Director plays a strategic role in changing the life trajectory of men towards one of hope and transformation.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate dependable team player who works well in a cross-cultural setting and demonstrates strong mentoring and leadership skills. Requirements include a bachelors degree or higher prior drug rehab and cross-cultural work experience fluency in spoken and written English ability to learn the local language and the ability to raise programme funds.
