You will lead the design of innovative programmes and secure diverse funding streams through proposal development and donor relationships. Youll ensure programmes align with donor priorities while maintaining a focus on sustainable community impact.
You will have a masters degree in a relevant field with experience in programme design and grant management. You will also have a demonstrable ability to develop proposals and manage donor relationships.
