Internal Auditor

This organisation was established in 1966 and is a non-profit charitable organisation where local staff serve in partnership with international volunteers to build capacity in the sectors of health and development working together in hope for the welfare of the people.

You will ensure that the organisations operations financial management and internal controls are efficient transparent and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will assess the effectiveness of risk management processes and ensure the proper use of funds. You will improve accountability and transparency reduce the risk of fraud and ensure that the organisation meets its mission while safeguarding its assets and maintaining stakeholder trust.

A degree in accounting finance business or another relevant field is required. Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are highly valued. Previous experience in auditing finance or risk management especially within the NGO sector is important. Strong analytical skills attention to detail and knowledge of risk management are essential.
