Centre Director

Located in a major city our centre offers rest and refreshment for Christian workers who work in situations outside of their own culture. We are an evangelical non-denominational charitable foundation set up to provide places where individuals couples or families can come to find physical and spiritual refreshment to enable them to return to their sphere of service.

The Centre Director has a full-time live-in leadership role and is responsible for the daily hospitality ministry staff leadership property maintenance administration and long-term planning for the centre.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt to the local culture. They will show excellent communication skills administrative competency and general technical and computer literacy. They will be able to project-manage multi-year improvement projects and will demonstrate a leadership mentality which is relational empowering and servant-hearted.
