You will have a masters degree in Education or a relevant field and preferably certification in educational leadership. You will have a minimum of 12 years teaching experience with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role. You will be familiar with international accreditation and pedagogy within an international school environment. You will have strong organisational skills and will demonstrate empathy cultural sensitivity a student-centred approach and a global perspective.
