Team Member Coordinator

This organisation was established in 1966 and is a non-profit charitable organisation where local staff serve in partnership with international volunteers to build capacity in the sectors of health and development working together in hope for the welfare of the people.

You will facilitate the well-being of the organisations international staff through comprehensive support in housing language learning visas and cultural adaptation. You will coordinate member care services to ensure resilience.

You will have experience in support services with strong intercultural communication skills. You will demonstrate an understanding of cultural contexts and humanitarian environments. A masters degree in management or a relevant field is needed.
