You will provide strategic guidance on HR policies and systems supporting the National HR Manager in navigating the countrys complex legal and cultural environment. You will develop people-focused strategies that strengthen the organisational culture and promote staff wellbeing across the organisation.
You will need HR certification or a degree and experience with a focus on policy development and organisational culture in international contexts. You will demonstrate knowledge of best practices for supporting diverse workforces in challenging operational environments.
