This organisation was established in 1966 and is a non-profit charitable organisation where local staff serve in partnership with international volunteers to build capacity in the sectors of health and development working together in hope for the welfare of the people.

You will establish Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks to track programme and organisational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across the organisations portfolio. Youll facilitate learning processes to strengthen programme quality and donor reporting.

You will have a background in monitoring and evaluation methodologies along with experience in implementing MEL systems in development programmes. Youll need to have a masters degree in social science public health development studies agriculture or a relevant field.
