You will apply the principles of engineering and biological sciences to develop technologies and devices that improve healthcare and enhance patient outcomes particularly in eye care equipment. You will also train national biomedical engineers in this field.
You will have a bachelors degree in biomedical engineering or a related field such as mechanical or electrical engineering. You will be proficient in computer aided design (CAD) software programming languages and simulation tools.
