Provincial Lead

This organisation was established in 1966 and is a non-profit charitable organisation where local staff serve in partnership with international volunteers to build capacity in the sectors of health and development working together in hope for the welfare of the people.

You will oversee and coordinate all the organisations programmes and operations within an assigned province of the country. Youll provide leadership to provincial teams while ensuring programme implementation aligns with organisational strategy and meets community needs.

You will need a masters degree in community development development studies management and leadership with experience in managing development programmes and demonstrable leadership skills in complex environments. You will have a strong understanding of community engagement and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in challenging contexts.
