This project provides financial funding to vulnerable communities such as the asylum seekers and urban poor communities, supporting them with food, medicine, health, shelter, education and emergency relief support.
What is Team Support?
Team Support is a model whereby a group of people commits to supporting an Interserve Partner through regular prayer, relationship, practical and financial support. On Trackers serving for more than 12 months also raise Team Support to prepare them for long-term service.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
In Australia, a tax deduction can be claimed for donations to certain types of work only.
Donations of $2 or more to eligible work (e.g. aid & development for people in need) are tax-deductible. Receipts are issued by Interserve Development Limited.
Donations for Interserve’s other work (e.g. theological education and similar work with churches) are not tax-deductible. Receipts are issued by Interserve Australia Limited.
