Country Director (Pizza Chain)

We are a pizza company with five restaurants in the capital city. An American couple started the business in 2007. Our values are excellence integrity and love. Those values direct everything we do: the quality of the pizzas the way we treat our customers and how we work with our staff.

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven country director to lead and develop a growing multi-site business. Reporting to the Board you will have full responsibility for business performance culture leadership development and strategic growth while leading a team of senior functional managers across Operations HR Finance Marketing Sales Supply Chain Facilities and Information Systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of senior leadership experience a strong track record of managing business performance and profitability and the ability to build develop and empower high-performing teams. They will combine commercial acumen with excellent people leadership skills and be comfortable making decisions across multiple business functions.They will hold a bachelors degree in Business Management Finance Hospitality or a related field an MBA is preferred.
