Life to the Full in the workplace

Ever wondered what Life to the Full looks like in the workplace?

Paul and Laura, Interserve Partners and IT business owners in South East Asia have developed a caring, multicultural workplace which intentionally invests into their employees.

The business provides employment, work skills training and essential IT services for the local community – thereby investing into both individual livelihoods and the economic development of the wider community with long-term, sustainable impact.

They shared, “We went to South East Asia prioritising a way to connect and engage with the local community, support people in need, and be involved with them daily in a natural way. A business creates an environment where we meet the same people every day and journey with them.”

Paul and Laura serve in South East Asia.

Interserve Australia

Interserve is a community of ordinary Christians putting faith into action. We live and work among the most marginalised peoples of the Arab world, Asia and Australia.

Motivated by Christ’s heart of compassion, and in partnership with His church, we share our skills and experience to change tomorrow by what we do today.
