It’s time for the Australian Team Gathering!
We are delighted to invite you to join the Australian team gathering in Melbourne this August. Registrations are open for all Australian Associates, Partners, Board Members and Staff.
Join us for this year’s conference, where we’ll explore the rich theme of fellowship — not just as an idea but as a lived reality. We’ll delve into what fellowship means for Christians and how the Greek word koinonia shapes our experience within the ISV community. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect, reflect, and ask fresh questions about what fellowship looks like for Australian-based partners, returning partners, and our wider community. Come and be part of a space that sparks solidarity, encouragement, and ongoing connection, as we rediscover the heart of fellowship together.

Conference starts at 7pm on Friday evening. You can arrive from 4pm (no dinner provided but there are a number of restaurants close by).
Leave after 3pm on Sunday.

Travel
If you are flying, please book flights to arrive at Melbourne Airport by 5pm on Friday, and depart after 5pm on Sunday.
We ask that those flying into Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) take the Skybus to Box Hill Station, and then take the train to Nunawading Station.
We will organise car pick ups from Box Hill or Nunawading Stations.
Please note that we don’t recommend flying into Avalon Airport as it is on the other side of the city.
For those driving, there is parking on site.
Cost
As per the Australian-Based Partner Finance Manual, conference costs are included in your annual Interserve contribution and flight subsidies offer reimbursement of airfares up to the following amount for those travelling from interstate. If you currently do not contribute to Interserve’s costs directly, a donation toward conference costs is appreciated.
Flight subsidies
VIC – no subsidy
NSW – $250 per person (including children over 2)
QLD/SA – $300 per person (including children over 2)
WA/NT – $500 per person (including children over 2)
