This organisation is developing a movement of ethnic media teams throughout Asia.
The Asia Operations Manager (AOM) role focuses on leading the staff to success in on-going key projects on a day-to-day basis. As the AOM you would work closely with and report to the Asia Director to ensure that projects are moving forward to successful completion. You would manage the projects analyse data and think strategically through problems to work toward solutions. Travel within Asia to meet our ethnic partners is involved.
The post holder will be a spiritually mature Christian with at least three years of ministry experience in Asia and experience of leading a team including the pastoral aspects of leadership. They will have project management skills be familiar with MS office and the Google suite and be able to grasp the technical aspects of video production.
