Executive Director

This Christian project has been dedicated to providing healthcare for over 50 years its mission is to serve God by serving the poor and underprivileged particularly women and children. The project includes a 100 bed hospital rehabilitation and research departments outpatient clinics a training center (for nursing midwifery and other studies) an English medium school and community development initiatives within 11 districts. The project has over 500 staff including some long-term expatriates. It is located in a rural predominantly Muslim community and is nationally and internationally recognised as a leading provider of community health services.

The project is looking for an Executive Director (ED) to provide servant-minded strategic leadership through a diverse team of departmental directors and program leads. The ED works under the policy governance model and is accountable to the projects international board for performance. The EDs role is critical and diverse: discerning the Spirits leading empowering staff raising funds and overseeing an annual budget of more than four million USD developing internal leadership representing the organisation externally and networking and promoting beneficial structural changes to move the project into the future.

Applicants should have a minimum of a Masters degree as well as at least seven years experience in senior management with at least two years successful management of more than 100 staff. We are looking for applicants who have experience with multicultural organisations ideally in South Asia.
