Missional Pastor

We are one of four congregations of a large Baptist church a vibrant multi-cultural community with facilities in the heart of a Western city. We are looking for someone (or a pastoral couple) with proven leadership and ministry experience to fill this strategic role of ministry to believers from a Muslim background.

The role involves pastoral care and discipleship of new believers leading a Sunday fellowship gathering and taking team leadership responsibilities.

Theological and biblical grounding are preferred. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and leadership skills who is able to initiate relationships and initiatives proactively in the furthering of this MBB community. Good listening skills and the ability to collaborate as a team player are also necessary.
