Operations Director

We are a community of Christians committed to changing individuals and societies through the Gospel of Jesus Christ by producing and distributing effective Christian video programmes using appropriate media for various target audiences in the languages of the peoples of the Arab World.

The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisations ministries in the Middle East and will oversee the implementation of the organisations 3-year strategy and annual plans. They will monitor and report on projects and monitor and manage annual budgets and cash flow. They will identify and address opportunities and threats strengths and weaknesses of the ministry as well as trends in the Arab World that are relevant for our ministrys mission and goals.

The post holder will have a wholehearted commitment to the organisations philosophy and objectives and a good understanding of business operations and procedures. They will preferably have a degree in business administration or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in business administration management consulting and/or strategic planning. They will have strong organisational and planning skills along with skills in project management and report writing. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and research and analytical abilities. Experience of working inter or cross-culturally is preferred.
