As an American residential school our many milestones include a number of firsts from when we became the first IB school first international school in the country (and the third in Asia) by adopting the International Baccalaureate Diploma program in 1976 among only nine other schools worldwide to when we became the first school in the country to have its own separate campus for camping and outdoor activities in 1994.

The candidate will ensure that the information system and database function normally and will configure and maintain central IT services. They will plan improvements or changes to database design security and integrity troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system function and oversee the backup and recovery of the system. They will project for client needs and growth of database supervise and evaluate IT department staff and attend meetings related to IT needs of school. They will also undertake any other duties assigned by the Principal or administration.

You will have at least a B. Computer Science or equivalent Masters level desired with two or more years formal experience in systems administration. You will have analytical and troubleshooting skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft 2019 server MS SQL server Linux L3 switches and Firewall. You will be knowledgeable about networking an IT infrastructure of 500 client PCs and possess up to date knowledge of software server Internet issues and client interface. You will be client-oriented and able to provide help-desk assistance.
